Application 12-U-82 of WILLIAM KELLEY: USE PERMIT to construct a six -story office building equaling approximately 52,000 sq. ft. in a P (Planned Development with commercial/office intent) zone and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The subject property is located on the west side of North De Anza Boulevard approximately 250 ft. north of Stevens Creek Boulevard. First Hearing continued. Tentative City Council hearing date - January 17, 1983. 2. Application 16-U-82 of SHELL OIL COMPANY (HOWARD SMITH): USE PERMIT to construct a self-service cashier's kiosk at an existing service station and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically exempt, hence, no action is required. The subject property is located on the southwest corner of Homestead Road and Wolfe Road in a P (Planned Development with commercial intent) zoning district. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - January 17, 1983. 3. Applications 16-Z-82 and 17-U-82 of MOYER ASSOCIATES: REZONING approximately .75 gross acre from CG (General Commercial) zone to P (Planned Development) zone or whatever zone may be deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission; USE PERMIT to construct a second story addition on an existing 7,100 sq. ft. single -story office building and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The subject property is located on the southwest corner of Stelling Road and McClellan Road. First Hearing. JOSEPH BROWN): USE PERMIT to construct a 62,000 sq. ft., three—story office building; TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP to combine five existing lots into one lot and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The subject property is located on the west side of De Anza Boulevard approximately 250 ft. north of Lazaneo Drive and 450 ft. south of Mariani Avenue in a P (Planned Development with commercial, light industrial and residential, 4-10 dwelling units per gross acre, intent) zoning district. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - January 17, 1983. 5. Application 13 -TM -82 of D.C.E., INC. (RICHARD CHILDRESS): TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP to consolidate three parcels consisting of approximately 1.1 acres into two parcels consisting of approximately 18,500 sq. ft. and 24,300 sq. ft. and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically exempt, hence, no action is required. The subject property is located on the east side of Bubb Road approximately 200 ft. north of Folkstone Drive (opposite Regnart Road and adjacent to Regnart Creek) in a R1-7.5 (Residential Single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zoning district. First Hearing. 6. Application 5-V-82 of RANEE R. CARLSON & JERALDINE MAZZURCO: VARIANCE from Section 8.4 of the R1 (Residential Single-family) Zoning Ordinance to permit a 10 ft. rear yard setback for an addition to a single-family home where the remaining usable rear yard area will be less than required by Ordinance and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The project is categorically exempt, hence, no action is required. The subject property is located on the west side of Betlin Avenue between John Drive and Clifford Drive at 849 Betlin Avenue in a R1-6 (Residential Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zoning district. Application 33-U-79 of GREGG BUNKER (PHOTO DRIVE -UP): A PUBLIC HEARING initiated by the City of Cupertino to consider the revocation of Use Permit 33-U-79 (allowing the operation of a drive -up window) because of non-compliance with Conditions of Approval. Said property is located at the northwest corner of Wildflower Way and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road in a P (Planned Development with commercial and residential, 5-15 dwelling units per gross acre, intent) zoning district.
