HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1393ASAC 33-U-87 RESOLUTION NO. 1393 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CONllli'i OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A FREESTANDING STORAGE BUILDING ON A GitJRCH SITE APPLICANT: Bethel Lutheran Church PROPERTY OWNER: Bethel Lutheran Church APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 595 Park Avenue, Suite 310 San Jose, California 95110 PROJECT LOCATION: 10181 Finch Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The proposed storage building is consistent with the provisions of Condition 20 of 33-U-87 as stated in the City Clerk's Letter of September 30, 1987. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits ASAC A and Info. of Application 33-U-87, except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) The storage shed shall be constructed with firewalls and a Class A roof. The exterior walls shall be unevenly surfaced to reduce their effectiveness as a play surface. Chain -link fencing shall be placed between the perimeter fence and storage shed to preclude trespassing in the setback area No storage of materials shall be allowed in the setback area. 11) The owner shall post a 24 hour telephone number on the shed exterior wall for resident complaints about noise or trespassing.
