FOR WIDENING OF WEST SIDE OF STELLING ROAD
BEIWEEN SEVEN SPRINGS PARKWAY AND PmSPECI' ROAD;
APPROXIMATELY 0.30 ACRE
WHEREAS, Dorothy Ann I¥àdon, also known as Dorothy A. INddon, also
known as Dorothy I¥àdon, has executed a grant deed which is in good and
sufficient fonn granting to the City of CUpertino, County of santa Clara,
state of California, the fee title to certain real property for roadway
purposes, situate in the City of CUpertino, more particularly described in
Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
County of santa Clara, state of California, consisting of
approximately 0.30 acre, located on the west side of Stelling Road
between Seven Springs Parkway and Prospect Road.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of CUpertino acx:ept said
grant so terñere:1; and
IT IS FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said grant deed and this resolution.

Description Of The Lands Of
Lyddon TO Be Granted To The City Of Cupertino
For The Widening Of Stelling Road
All of that certain reaI property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
portions of those certain parcels of land described as parcels No. 7 and No. 8
in the Decree of Final Distribution in the matter of the Estate of Jack Ryburn
Lyddon, a copy of the instrument for which Decree was recorded April 27, 1977
under Recorders File NO. 5624194 in Book C 773 of Official Records, page 79,
Santa Clara County Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of said Parcel No. 7 in the centerline
of Stelling Road, said corner also being the Northeasterly corner of that
certain 1.530 acre parcel of land shown upon that certain Record of Survey
filed June 28, 1974 in Book 342 of Maps at pages 34 through 37 inclusive,
santa clara County Records; thence from said point of beginning along said
centerline of Stelling Road as shown on said Record of survey, South DOo 21'
18" East 557.68 feet; thence Northerly along a curve to the right, from a
point with a radial bearing of South 730 23' 05" West, with a radius of
625.DO feet, through a central angle of 160 15' 37", an arc length of 177.37
feet to a point in a line parallel with and 25. DO feet Westerly of, measured
at right angles to, the said centerline of Stelling Road; thence along said
parallel line North 000 21' 18" West 382.60 feet to a point in the Northerly
line of said 1.530 acre parcel: thence along said Northerly line North 890
27' 42" East 25.00 feet to the said point of beginning, and containing D.287
acres of land, more or less.
