towards Irdependent Living a maxiJm.m¡ $60,000 loan am $5,000 grant from
Canmlunity Developnent Block Grant funds; am
WHEREAS, the intent of said 10aJVgrant is to enable Adults Towards
Irdependent Living to J:PI1It'rløl am exparxi a residence housing disabled
adults; am

'Ihat the City Council of the City of CUpertino hereby approves am
authorizes the Mayor to sign said Agreement.
