APPLICANT/DEVELOPER PROPERTY OWNER APPLICANT'S ADDRESS PROJECT LOCATION FINDINGS: Thao Phan Same 1592 Alum Rock Avenue San Jose, CA 95116 10223 Adriana Avenue The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to the subject application: 1) The triangular shaped lot presents a hardship because the applicant has only one side yard, making it necessary to apply the required 30 foot setback that is typically distributed between two side yards to only one side of the house. 2) The proposed twenty foot side yard is not inconsistent with setbacks of other single family residences in the neighborhood. 3) The flag lot is well screened from the surrounding neighborhood, and the new residence will not be highly visible.
