RESOLUTION NO. 1436
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CTTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RE1MENDING APPROVAL OF A NODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM

PROJECT LOCATION: Stevens Creek Boulevard between Portal Avenue &
Perimeter Road
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed change of location for a freestanding sign is consistent
with the provisions of sections 17.24.060 and 17.24.070 of the
municipal code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon the sign exhibits dated November 18, 1988
and November 21, 1988 of Application ASAC 51,822.1 except as may be
amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) All conditions of Resolutions 1429 and 1431 not affected by this
Resolution will continue to apply to the Planned Development Sign
Program.
11) A maximum of three freestanding signs including the bank sign may be
displayed simultaneously for the ccarplex.
