CUPERTINO DENYING AN EXCEPTION TO THE SECOND STORY SETBACK

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
the subject application:
1) The degree of deviation requested from prescribed regulations would
result in a building form which is inconsistent with the neighborhood.
2) The exception does not represent the least deviation from Ordinance
1438 requirements necessary to address the identified problem.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of November, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following vote:
