PROPERTY OWNER Same APPLICANT'S ADDRESS 3600 Pruneridge Avenue Santa Clara, CA 95051 PROJECT LOCATION Wilkinson Avenue and Maria Rosa Way FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to the subject application: 1) The degree of deviation requested from prescribed regulations would not result in a building form that is inconsistent with the surrounding neighborhood. 2) The roof slope being requested will result in a more consistent and uniform appearance in roof pitches and in the overall architecture. CONDITIONS: 1) The approval is based on sheets I and 2 (site plan and cross sections) of 17-EXC-88.
