RESOLUTION NO. 1432
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO THE SECOND -STORY SETBACK AND
FLOOR AREA RATIO REQUIREMENTS OF URGENCY ORDINANCE 1438 FOR THREE
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES TO BE CONSTRUCTED.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
the subject application:
1) The degree of deviation requested from prescribed regulations would
not result in a building form that is inconsistent with the surrounding
neighborhood.
2) The roof slope being requested will result in a more consistent and
uniform appearance in roof pitches and in the overall architecture.
CONDITIONS:
1) The approval is based on sheets I and 2 (site plan and cross sections) of
17-EXC-88.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of November, 1988, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following vote:
