PROPERTY OWNER: Yamaoka Builders APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 40 Bassett Street San Jose, California 95113 PROJECT LOCATION: Stevens Creek/Portal Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed freestanding signs are consistent with the provision of section 17.24.050 and 17.24.060 of the municipal code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon the sign exhibit dated 11/16/88, of Application caf inn 51,822.1, except as may be amended by conditions s enumerated herein. 10) Copy color palette shall be limited to red, orange, yellow, blue, ivory and white; a maximum of two such copy colors may appear simultaneously on the same sign face. 11) A maximum of three tenants may be included on the freestanding signs. 12) A maximum of two frestanding signs may be displayed simultaneously. 13) The final location of the easterly sign shall be subject to the approval of the traffic engineer. 14) The address for the shopping center shall appear on the freestanding signs.
