PROPERTY OWNER: Yamaoka Builders APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 40 Bassett Street San Jose, California 95113 PROTECT LOCATION: Stevens Creek/Portal Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed building -mounted portion of the sign program is consistent with the provision of section 17.24.050 and 17.24.060 of the municipal code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibit Sheet 1 dated 12/3/87, and Exhibit A, dated 11/14/88, of Application 51,822.1, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The freestanding sign pgtion of the program is not approved. 11) Each tenant shall be allowed one building -mounted sign only, with the exception of Blockbuster Video, which shall be allowed two signs, one on each frontage. 12) The only color approved is yellow (#407-2) for Blockbuster Video. All other copy colors will be specified in a subsequent resolution.
