PROJECT LOCATION: 10033-10095 Saich Way (west side of Saich Way north
of Stevens Creek Boulevard.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Co mn.ittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The Proposed sign program as conditioned herein, is consistent with
section 17.24.050 and 17.24.060 of the municipal code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Co mnittee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon the Sign Exhibit dated 10/14/88 of
Application 51,821.1, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) Copy color palette shall be limited to black, red, brawn, orange,
blue, or green on white background; a maximum of two such copy
colors may appear simultaneously on the same sign face.
11) The existing white and brown sign cans on the building shall be
painted bronze prior to installation of any new sign subsequent to
approval of this program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
