De Anza Blvd. and Homestead Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Connn.ittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed sign program is consistent with the limitations prescribed for commercial use districts as defined in Title XVII of the Cupertino Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon Exhibit 2 of 2 dated 10/31/88, of Application ASAC 51,820.1, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) Tenants with more than one frontage shall be retricted to one fascia mounted display on the east elevation only. 11) Provisions of the approved sign program are as follow: A) Sign Type: Channel Letter; script or san-serif typography B) Mounting Location: Fascia Arcade Projection C) Size Limitations: 18" letter height; length not to exceed 70% of the length of the surface to which attached D) Color: medium blue, hunter green, white 12) A maximum of 2 signs may be displayed simultaneously on the center fascia section of the east elevation. Each sign mounted thereon shall be of the same length, and shall be centered with the limits of its respective tenant space frontage.
