The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed sign program, as modified by conditions contained in this Resolution, is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance regarding identification of conmtercial buildings. 2. The approved building mounted sign is interpreted as a design element, rather than an advertising device, and is not included in total sign area. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) Approval is based upon the sign program sheet dated September 15, 1988 of Application ASAC 51,819.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The proposed neon tube window display may be illuminated only during approved business hours. Lighting of the wall sign sign shall be indirect upwash lighting from the roof below. 11) The proposed freestanding sign shall include a street number; the base thereof shall be concealed by shrubs as approved by staff.
