OF THE ARCHIITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMTITEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPE'RTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A GASOLINE SERVICE

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed sign program exceeds the number and size limitations for
signs allowed in conaercia1 use areas; however, the site is subject to
extraordinary problems of visibility.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon the sign program plan set dated 10-24-88 of
Application ASAC 51,659.11., execpt as may be amended by the special
conditions enumerated herein.
10) Height of the monument sign shall not exceed seven (7) feet; face
area per face shall not exceed eighty (80) square feet, including
background and base area.
11) One building mounted sign for the MobilMart is authorized; said sign
shall not exceed 70% of the surface to which it is attached, and
shall not exceed 1 s. f. per linear foot of the length of the surface
to which it is attached.
12) All other signs depicted on the referenced exhibits are denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
