to this application:
1) The proposed sign program is consistent with Section 17.24.160 of the
City's Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:

extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits dated September 21, 1988 of
