The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The request is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance to
provide public convenience in locating the project site.
2. The sign will be placed along the most direct route to the project
site.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall. prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit Site Plan and copy of photograph
for Application ASAC 51,817.1, except as may be amended by

10) The sign shall be mounted on posts. The maximum sign height shall
be 10 feet.
11) The precise sign location shall be submitted to and approved by
staff prior to installtion, The sign shall not be placed within the

grant an extension as allowed by Section 17.32.090 of the Sign
Ordinance.
13) Applicant shall obtain written permission of the property owner to
allow the subject sign. A copy of the property aaner's
authorization shall be submitted to staff prior to installation.
