FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Ccmunittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application is consistent with conditions of approval for the
tentative map and zoning.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Star and Architectural and Site Approval Ccmnnittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Site Plan and Sheets 1 of 2 and 2 of 2
for Mr. and Mrs. J. Taylor, except as may be amended by Conditions
enxterated herein.
