OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REQUESTING APPROVAL OF AN
EXCEPTION FROM THE SECOND STORY SETBACK PROVISIONS OF
ORDINANCE 1438/URGENCY ORDINANCE

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application is consistent with the intent of Urgency Ordinance No.
1438.
2. Application represents the least modifcation necessary to adate
a the desired roof configuration.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Ccai¢nittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon. Sheets Al, A2, A3, and A4 of De Anza
Manor (10310 Tula Lane), and Sheets Al, A2, A3, and A4 of De Anza
Manor (10320 Tula lane) except as may be amended by Conditions
enumerated herein. w
10) Applicant shall submit a signed City application form to staff prior
to issuance of building permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1988 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Co mnittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
