Stelling Road Cupertino, CA 95014 James and Jenay Hoffman 10310 and 10320 Tula Lane The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The application is consistent with the intent of Urgency Ordinance No. 1438. 2. Application represents the least modifcation necessary to adate a the desired roof configuration. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Ccai¢nittee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
