Wolfe Road PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. PROJECT LOCATION: 10050 N. Wolfe Road, SW2/110 FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The two identification signs are within ordinance guidelines for cmxcial properties. 2. The two directional signs are within Ordinance guidelines. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Cc unittee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Application ASAC 51,815.1, except as may be amended by Corditions enumerated herein. 10) The existing directional;; signs shall be removed prior to installation of the new signs.
