FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Comittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. Sign Program is consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Starxia d Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon drawings titled "Identification/Address
Sign", and Directional/Regulatory Sign" of Application 51,814.1,
except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
