OF THE ARCHITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CTTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
A GROUND SIGN

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The sign area is within the Sign Ordinance standards for cxmmtiercial
signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sheet 1 of 1 by Ad/Art of Application
51,812.1, except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The existing pole sign shall be removed prior to installation of the
new ground sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th &y of September, 1988 at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Ccmmiittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
