FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Corrunittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The signs will make pedestian identification of stores more
convenient.
2. The signs are not intended for off -site identification and are
consistent with the intent of the Sign Ordinance provisions for
Planned Development signage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Cartunittee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon the drawing for the Oaks Center titled
"Signa eg /Graphics" except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) Each tenant is limited to one under-eave banner sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Ccznrn-ittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
