FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Corrnmittee finds as follows with regard.
to this application:
1. The modifications will enhance and modernize the appearance of the
building.
ODNDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Drawings T-1 and Lrl for the Sobrato
Development Corporation except as may be amended Condition
