FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Ccnnittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The application is consistent with the intent of Urgency Ordinance No.
1438.
2. Application represents the least modification necessary to ac orrmiodate
a continuously sloping roof.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Connnittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B-1, and B-3 of Application
13-EXC-88 except as nay be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10.) This approval granted pertains to the homes on Lots 1, 3 and 4 of
Tract 8117.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of
