FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The modifications are consistent with the character of the existing
building.
2. The proposal provides additional landscaping which will enhance the
westerly building fascade.
OONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and L of Application
51,807.1, except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) Applicant shall submit an application form with the property owner's
signature to staff prior to issuance of construction permits.
11) Applicant shall install the compact parking spaces to the north of
the ATM canopy and regular spaces to the south. The handicapped
parking stall may remain to the north of the canopy. The final
parking layout shall be approved by staff prior to issuance of
buildng permits.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1988 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
