DE ANZA BOULEVARD FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The overall project will improve the appearance of the building. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon the Material Board of Application 4-U-82 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Applicant shall install the awnings, balcony planters, and landscaping depicted on Exhibit B- 1 of Application 4-U-82 (1987). 11) Applicant shall provide suface relief in the grounting if feasible.
