OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application:
1. The addition is architecturally consistent with the existing home.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do
not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific
conditions listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A, B, B-1 of Application ASAC 51,805.1 except as may
be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
