RESOLUTION NO. 1400
OF THE ARCIIITECI'URAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPEINO APPROVING AN EECEPTION
FROM ORDINANCE 1438/URGENCY ORDINANCE

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The exception request is consistent with the intent of the Urgency
Ordinance.
2. The addition is consistent with the existing character of the
neighborhood.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do no -V -conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) Approval is based upon Exhibits B, Info 1 and Info 2 of Application
12-EXC-88 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The applicant shall install dcccrati-ve shutters on each side of the
front second story windows.
PASSED AND ADOFIED this 25th day of July, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
