APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO THE FRONT SETBACK REQUIREMENT IN ORDINANCE 1438

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to the subject
application:
1) The degree of deviation requested from prescribed regulations would not result in a
building form the intensity of which is inconsistent with the neighborhood context.
CONDITIONS:
1) The approval is based on Exhibits A, B and Info. of 8-EXC-88.
