RESOLUTION NO. 1398
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A REGIONAL COMMERCIAL CENTI

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed sign program is consistent with the scale of the regional
center, and contains the necessary number of devices to facilitate
public convenience in locating particular uses within the complex.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A, F, and F-1 Application ASAC
51,799.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The subject application as approved supersedes the sign program for
Vallco Park as approvaed under ASAC Applications HC 51,075.40 and HC
51,075.441.
11) The final location of all ground -mounted signs shall be subject to
staff approval prior to installation in order to ensure compatible
positioning with existing ground signs serving major freestanding
uses, which shall remain unaffected by this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site. Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
