OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A DIRECTIONAL
SIGN FOR AN EXISTING BANK PARKING AREA

PROJECT LOCATION: 20230 Stevens Creek Boulevard
The Architectural and Site Approval Coirmlittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed sign program addendum is consistent with the dimensional
requirements for commercial use areas.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conanittee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F and F-1 of Application ASAC
51,795.1 except as ray be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
10) Low -height, evergreen shrubs shall be planted beneath the sign to
conceal the area beneath the sign faces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1988 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
