HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1397ASAC 51,795.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1397 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A DIRECTIONAL SIGN FOR AN EXISTING BANK PARKING AREA APPLICANT: Sign Classics APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1014 Timothy Drive San Jose, California 95133 PROPERTY OWNER: Cupertino National Bank PROJECT LOCATION: 20230 Stevens Creek Boulevard The Architectural and Site Approval Coirmlittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The proposed sign program addendum is consistent with the dimensional requirements for commercial use areas. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conanittee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F and F-1 of Application ASAC 51,795.1 except as ray be amended by Conditions enumerated herein. 10) Low -height, evergreen shrubs shall be planted beneath the sign to conceal the area beneath the sign faces.
