HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1396ASAC 51,791.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1396 OF THE ARC-IITECIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN I=STRIAL BUILDING WITHIN VALLCO PARK APPLICANT: Tandem Computers APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 19191 Vallco Parkway, Loc 4-04 Cupertino, California 95014 PROPERTY OWNER: Tandem Computers PROTECT LOCATION: 10600 Ridgeview Ct. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The face area of each sign is within the ordinance guidelines for industrial developments. 2) The site has more than 500 ft. of street frontage, thus allowing two freestanding signs. 3) The sign program is similar to that established for other Tandem Computer facilities within Vallco Park. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit A, F, F -1, F-2, and E of Application ASAC 51, 791.1 except as may be amended by Conditions enumerated herein.
