hereto am made part hereof as Exhibits "A" am "B", is deemed unnecessary
for present or prospective use; am
WHEREAS, the city COUncil elects to proceed pursuant to section 50430
et seq. of the Goverruœnt Cede of the state of Califomia; am
WHEREAS, it is in the p,¡blic interest that the city COUncil e
initiates the vacation of said easement.
NOO, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city COUncil hereby declares
its intention to vacate the aforesaid p,¡blic emergency vehicle :in;¡ress am
egress easement;
BE IT FURIHER RESOLVED:
1. '!hat the 4th day of May, 1987, at 6:45 p.m., in the Interim

Califomia is the time am place for hearin;J on the above proposed
vacation.
2. '!hat the aforesaid date is not less than 15 days from passage of
this resolution pursuant to law.

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, CoUnty
of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of that certain
Access Easerœnt and Ehergency Vehicles Easement across Parcel 4 as shown
on that certain Parcel Map filed in Book 559 of Maps at page 1, Santa
Clara County Records, being described as follows,
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of said easerrent with
the westerly line of said Parcel 4; thence fran said Point Of Beginning
along said northerly line N 74°02'40" E 74.23 feet to the westerly line
of Camen Road; thence fran a tangent which bears S 32°39'46" E, along a
curve to the left, having a radius of 32.00 feet, through a central angle
of 7"56'41" for an arc length of 4.44 feet; thence leaving said westerly
