Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of Parcel B-1 as said parcel is
shown on that certain parcel map recorded September 29, 1986 in Book
565 of Maps at Page 20, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the
Eas terly and Northerly boundaries of said Parcel B-1, North 00°35'45"
East 260.99 feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the left
having a radius of 30.00 feet through a central angt'e of 90°00'00" an
arc distance of 47.12 feet; thence North 89°24'15" West 81.00 feet to
