Xianda Ma and Hui Zhang, husband and wife as community property with right of
survivorship, hereby grant to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a California municipal corporation, an
easement for public service purposes, including but not limited to guy wire anchor purposes,
together with the right, but not the obligation, to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any
and all public utilities and improvements in, on, under, along and across the real property
which shall be or become necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare or
convenience, described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B", which is situated in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
GRANTOR shall maintain the area of land described herein free and clear of buildings and
structures of any kind except public utility company structures.

All that certain real property in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a 5.00 foot by 6.00 foot strip of land over a portion of the Lands of Xianda Ma, as
described in that certain Grant Deed, which was recorded as Document No. 20967561, in
Santa Clara County Official Records, and as described more particularly as follows:
Commencing at the most northeasterly corner of said Lands of Xianda Ma, said point being
at the intersection of the centerline of Lomita Avenue, and the westerly Right of Way line
of Orange Avenue, as shown upon that certain map entitled "Map of Subdivision "A" -
Monte Vista", which was filed for record in Book "P" of Maps, at Page 20, in Santa clara
County Record; Thence, along said centerline of Lomita Avenue, (and the northerly
boundary of said Lands of Xianda Ma), North 0°00'00" West, 55.15 feet, (said point being
the northwesterly corner of said Lands of Xianda Ma), and thence, at a right angle, (and
along the westerly boundary of said Lands of Xianda Ma), South 0°00'00 West, 20.00 feet,
to a point on the southerly Right of Way of Lomita Avenue, and being the Point of
Beginning of this description;
Thence, continuing along the westerly boundary of said Lands of Xianda Ma, South

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed or grant dated
/1/ 2 l Z 5 from Xianda Ma and Hui Zhang, husband and wife as
community property with right of survivorship, to the City of Cupertino, a municipal
corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned on behalf of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 11-175 of the City Council
