RESOLUTION NO. 483
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
a sign plan and the modification of site, architecture
and landscaping for a tire shop on an existing service
station site as indicated on Exhibits A and B.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That Juniper be changed to another evergreen plant that will grow 3 ft. - 4 ft.
in height.
9. That the plants be watered properly by hand to maintain growth.
10. That no more than two tire racks be permitted on the site and that they are
to be kept close to the building.
11. That advertising on the racks shall be kept to a maximum of 4 sq. ft. per
rack.
12. That the sign be reduced proportionally by height and length to conform
to the sign ordinance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
