HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 0483HC -51,355.1 RESOLUTION NO. 483 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of a sign plan and the modification of site, architecture and landscaping for a tire shop on an existing service station site as indicated on Exhibits A and B. PROPERTY OWNER: May Investment Company APPLICANT: Donald Wiener and Paul Castaneda ADDRESS: 21060 Homestead Road, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Pasadena Avenue ZONE: CG (General Commercial) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Conditions: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That Juniper be changed to another evergreen plant that will grow 3 ft. - 4 ft. in height. 9. That the plants be watered properly by hand to maintain growth. 10. That no more than two tire racks be permitted on the site and that they are to be kept close to the building. 11. That advertising on the racks shall be kept to a maximum of 4 sq. ft. per rack. 12.
