OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
landscaping for a temporary bank building
as indicated on Exhibit C.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the two Plum trees on Scofield Drive be replaced by a broadleaf
evergreen tree of the same size.
9. The Committee shall entertain discussion concerning the removal of the
Pine tree in the front parking area after the temporary building is in
place if it is determined that the tree blocks the view of the building
from the street.
10. That the signing be continued to the next meeting to give the applicant
time to consult the sign designer regarding the proper proportions of
the pole sign.
11. That the pole sign be permitted in the corner triangle for a temporary
period of time to.coincide with the encroachment of the hardware store
into the City right-of-way. The permit is based on the fact that the
hardware store blocks the view of the sign and the temporary building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
