RESOLUTION NO. 479
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COi•LfITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
site, architecture, and grading far a temporary bank
as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1 and B.
PROPERTY OWNER: Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of San Diego

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of the intersection of Scofield Drive
and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road
ZONE: CG (General Commercial)
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the landscaping and signing for the project be continued until the
next regular. meeting.
9. That the architectural and site approval is for the temporary bank
building on the subject parcel and for the conceptual site plan for
the future building as indicated on Exhibit A -l.
10. That the applicant enter into an agreement with the City ensuring that
the temporary building will be removed after a three year period. If
it. is not removed, it will be necessary for the applicant to apply for
an extension of the architectural and site approval permit. If the
extension is not permitted, then the applicant shall agree to allow the
City to remove the building at the owner's expense.
11. That the traffic patterns in relation to the Scofield residential, area
be considered when the site plan for the permanent building is reviewed
in three years. Consideration should be given as to how the access
between the Crossroads and Home Federal Savings affects the traffic on
Scofield Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st' day of November, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
