site, architecture, landscaping and grading for a
duplex as indicated on Exhibits A, B, B—i, B-2, B-3,
C, D.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the tile roofs be changed to shake s;; that all roofs are the same.
9. That a plant be substituted for the Tenax adjacent to the driveways and
walkways which does not have sharp leaves.
10. That the Agapanthas on Plan B be changed to a taller growing shrub.
11. That shrubs be added to the areas showing Cazania ground cover to provide
more visual interest in areas between and adjacent to the units.
