RESOLUTION NO. 467
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO recommending approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading, lighting
and signing for a single-family cluster development
as indicated on Exhibits A 1st Revision,'A-1, B, B-1,
C, C-1, D, E and F.
PROPERTY OWNER: West Valley Nursery
APPLICANT: May Investment Company
ADDRESS: 21060 Homestead Road, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Adjacent to and westerly of Finch Avenue approximately
150 ft. northerly of the intersection of Calle de Barcelona
and Finch Avenue
ZONE: R1C (Single-family Cluster)

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the two (2) Pine trees on Lot 16 be changed to Liquidambar to
match the landscaping of the Finch Avenue frontage.
9. That the existing Jacaranda and Mulberry tree be replaced with two
other trees that are compatible with the landscaping in.. the rest of
the development. These trees can be placed in any of the adjoining
common areas.
10. That the pool and recreation area be deleted per the applicant's
request and be replaced with lawn and landscaping compatible
with the surrounding common areas.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of"the City of Cupertino, State of
