OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE

Coco's Restaurant on the southeast corner of
Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road and Silverado Avenue
as shown on Exhibit D-1 and stated in the letters
from Mark Thomas Engineering Firm and Terranomics.
