development as indicated on Exhibit C and C-1.

1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions
8. That the applicant save those trees as recommended by the staff.
9. That the applicant show the means of preserving the.trees to be saved
prior to a final grading permit.
10. That those trees designated to be saved that die as a result of the
construction shall be replaced subject to staff approval.
