Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions 8. That the building be repainted as required by the removal of the existing sign. 9. That approval of the ground sign be continued for 60 days in order for the applicant, tenant, owner and staff to explore possible solutions for a new ground sign in conformance with the sign ordinance. 10. That the .Mayfair portionof the ground sign can be removed on a temporary basis with the possible reinstallation of a change of copy subject to approval of Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
