OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CQ2O1ITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTIP:O re_co m. e_ndi_ng approval of
a wall sign for an existing supermarket as indicated
on Exhibit F-1.
PROPERTY OWNER: Castello Enterprises

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corer of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
East Estates Drive.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions
8. That the building be repainted as required by the removal of the existing sign.
9. That approval of the ground sign be continued for 60 days in order for the
applicant, tenant, owner and staff to explore possible solutions for a new
ground sign in conformance with the sign ordinance.
10. That the .Mayfair portionof the ground sign can be removed on a temporary
basis with the possible reinstallation of a change of copy subject to approval
of Architectural and Site Approval Committee.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
