site, architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting
for expansion of an enlisting shopping center as
indicated on Exhibits A, B 2nd Revision, and C.

Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions
8. That the applicant be allowed to change the window design on the store
front from arch windows to square.
9. That twelve.photinia be added in clusters of three to the front
mounding adjacent to Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road.
10. That six Camphor trees be substituted for the Plum trees on the Rodrigues
Avenue and Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road frontages.
11. That the flax plant in front of the building be changed to pittisporum.
12. That the City shall have the authority to review lighting intensity after
completion of the project.
13. That the signing portion of the application be continued.
14. That bicycle racks.be included on the site plan.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
