site, architecture, landscaping, grading and lighting
for a light industrial building as indicated on
Exhibits A, A -1, A-2, B, B-1, B-2, C, C -1, C-2, C-3, D,
D -1, D-2, D-3, E and Informational.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest quadrant of Homestead Road and Wolfe Road
ZONE: P (Planned Development with Light Industrial Intent)
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site 4pproval Standard Conditions.
8. That the concrete block enclosure for the LPG tank on Homestead Road be
painted a brown color to blend in with the building and surrounding
landscaping.
9. That prior to issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall show the
means to be used to retain the existing trees during and after construction.
10. In that the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has determined that
a sidewalk is desirable along Pruneridge Avenue, the applicant shall agree
to the following two conditions prior to the issuance of a building permit:
1. That a sidewalk be installed by the applicant on the north side of
Pruneridge Avenue if the City Engineer determines that the location
is appropriate, or
2. The applicant shall participate in the costs of installing a sidewalk
on the south side of Pruneridge Avenue if that location is found
appropriate.
Only one of the above conditions shall apply at the time of ultimate construction
after a determination is made by the City Engineer as to the desirability and
location of the sidewalk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Ccminittee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote;
