LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of the inteksection of Pruneridge Avenue and Tantau Avenue ZONE: P (a) Conditions: 1-7. Architectural.and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the wall be 4. ft. in height starting at the north end of the property line, to the garage of Mr. Mau where the wall height shall step up tc, 6 ft. This height shall continue to the south boundary of the third lot in from Pruneridge Avenue at which point the wall shall step up to an 8 ft. height and continue at that height to the southern boundary of the Westfield Company property. 9. That additional shrubs be planted in the three large planter islands in the parking lot. 10. That the light poles in the parking lot be separated from the planter islands so that the light can prcvide the desired coverage. The height of the pole is to remain as shown. 11. That the Coast Redwoods opposite the third lot in from the street (Mr. Tyler's property) be cringed to a lower growing tree that shall be subject to approval of the City staff. 12. The wall is to be the same color as the painted portions of the building.
