PROPERTY OWNER: Keith Garner, et al APPLICANT: John Sobrato ADDRESS: 2775 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, California LOCATION OF PROPERTY; Adjacent to and northerly of Valley Green Drive approximately 350 ft. westerly of Saratoga - Sunnyvale Road ZONE: P (Planned Development with Commercial/Industrial Intent) Conditions: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions. 8. That the pedestrian walkway through the parking lot connecting Building Two and Three be given a special treatment to distinguish it from the parking lot paving. 9. That plants 3 ft. to 4 ft. high be planted along street side of wall that extends north from Building Three to replace existing low growing plants. 10. That any plants in Phase I destroyed by construction during Phase II be replaced. 11. That a low growing shrub be placed within the planter islands in the parking lot in addition to the proposed trees. 12. That the lighting in the northern parking lot of Building Three be reviewed prior to construction of Phase II to determine the adequacy of the illumination intensity. 13. That prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall submit plans describing how the existing trees will be maintained during and after construction. 14.
