Conditions:

F. That an evergreen tree be used on the eastern and southern sides of the
building in place of the London Plane tree.
9. That a taller growing evergreen shrub replace the Star Jasmine in the
parking lot.
10. That Raphiolepis Indica on the eastern boundary be replaced with a
plant that grows 3 to 4 ft. in height.
11. That three j'. ipers in the front planter be replaced with a taller growing
evergreen shrub. The plants are to be located near but not under the
sign.
12. That a 12 ft. light standard be used in the parking lot, the placement
of which shall be subject to staff approval.
13. That the intensity of the illumination of the sign shall be subject to
review by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee upon installation,
14. That the staff review the building materials to ensure that they conform
to the colored rendering labeled Exhibit B.
15. That prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall submit
a statement by a certified landscape architect describing what provisions
will be taken during arid after construction to preserve the existing trees.
