Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions.
8. That the first three parking spaces adjacent to the southerly entrance
in front of Coco's be removed and replaced with landscaping that is
compatible with the rest of the project.
9. That the sidewalk leading from Coco's be extended to Saratoga —Sunnyvale
Road.
10. That two (2) Olive trees be added along the Saratoga —Sunnyvale Road
frontage, one in front of Coco's, the other in the landscaped strip
between the driveways.
11. That the architecture be continued in order that the applicant return
with a sample of the roof and building material.
12. That prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant/owner
shall agree to participate in a reciprocal parking lot easement agreement
with the neighboring property owner to the south and north so as to
allow for the interconnection of both properties into a planned circulation
system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1974, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
