RESOLUTION NO. 431
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL, COMMITTJ E
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, recommending approval
of site, architecture, landscaping, grading and
lighting for a building as indicated on Exhibits
A, B, B-1, B--2, C, E and E-1.

LOCATION OF PROPERLY: Northwest corner of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues
ZONE: P -ML (Planned Development with light industrial intent.)
FIRE ZONE: 3
Conditions:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval. Standard Conditions.
8. That bike racks be located on the site as determined by the applicant.
9. That the applicant provide sufficient evidence for staff approval to
insure adequate screening of the air-conditioning equipment on the roof
so that the equipment will not be seen from any public streets in the
surrounding area.
10. That the sidewalk on the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage of the site
be reduced from 1U ft. to 5 ft. with the remaining 5 ft. used for
landscaping:
11. That the light standard in the eastern parking lot be placed 11J, the
planter if a suitable fixture can be found so that the light wi 11 not
be blocked by the trees.
12. That a 1.0 ft. fiat area adjacent to the curb be provided on the Prune -
ridge and Tantau Avenue frontages for the purposes of planting the
street trees and providing consistency with adjoining landscaping
schemes. The remaining landscaping area shall be mounded in a manner
similar to that shown on Exhibit C.
13. That shrubbery be added to the frontages where there are breaks in the
mounding for the purpose of further screening the parked cars.
14. That the lighting intensity is subject to review by staff after installation.

Architectural and Site Approval. Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
